Bakit hindi ko ma-drag yung mga elements kung saan ko gusto, parang sa Canva?
Sinadya namin yan. Every section on your page — hero, gallery, rates, booking form — sits exactly where it sits because the layout is modeled on a real staycation unit's page that consistently turns visitors into bookings, following the same flow guests expect from hotel sites. Sa drag-anywhere builders, ikaw ang designer: one wrong move and your page looks sira sa cellphone — which is where 9 out of 10 of your guests will open it. Dito, you still control everything that matters — your photos, your words, your rates, your colors and fonts, even the order of sections — pero hinding-hindi masisira ang page mo. Mukha kang professional from day one, kahit hindi ka designer.
Do I need to know how to make websites?
No. Your page starts fully designed with sample content — you replace the photos and words, pick a vibe, and publish. Most hosts go live in one sitting, and we are happy to help you set up over a call.
Do guests pay through SukiStay?
No, and that is on purpose. Guests pay you directly via your own GCash or bank account, exactly like today. Your page shows your payment instructions automatically after a booking. SukiStay never holds your money and never takes a cut.
What happens to my Facebook page?
Keep it! Your FB page is great for marketing. Just pin your SukiStay link so inquiries turn into real bookings instead of dying in chat threads. You can also share the link directly in any Messenger conversation.
Is there really no fee per booking?
Really. The subscription is flat — ₱499/month no matter how many bookings you get. Ten bookings or a hundred, the price is the same.
How does the PDF thing work?
You upload your own form (for example your building's guest advise form), then drag booking fields — guest name, dates, guest count — onto the exact spots on the form. From then on, every booking generates the filled PDF automatically and attaches it to your email alert.
Why would guests trust my page more than a chat thread?
A branded page with live availability, instant totals, a reference code, and an official-looking confirmation PDF feels like booking a hotel. Compare that to waiting hours for chat replies. Trust goes up, not down.
What if I have two units?
The plan includes up to two landing pages, each with its own URL, calendar, rates, and PDF mapping.
What if I cancel?
Your pages stop taking new bookings when your subscription lapses, but your booking history stays in your dashboard, and you can copy your content out anytime. No lock-in, no drama.
What about guest IDs and privacy?
ID photos are stored privately, are only accessible to you, and are deleted automatically 30 days after the guest checks out.
